Did Quinn have two soulmates?

Personally, I think Quinn and Dove Redfern were not soulmates because Dove should have loved Quinn as a human. Her father may have been responsible for changing Quinn into a vampire but Dove did not seem like she objected to the actions of her father. She did not seem to realise how disgusted Quinn felt knowing he was a vampire. Plus, in The Chosen, Rashel Jordan states that you do not love somebody if you want to turn them into a vampire against their will.

Dove really didn’t understand how Quinn felt after he’d become a vampire but when the tables were turned centuries later, Quinn realised that turning Rashel into a vampire against her will would be a complete act of betrayal. Also, the suggestion that Rashel might be the reincarnation of Dove is not possible because Maya tells us in Soulmate that a vampire cannot be reincarnated since they have no soul.

Can vampires get drunk?

Now this is an interesting thought. This question was raised in The Chosen by Rashel Jordan. Everybody is going to have a different opinion to this question but I do not think vampires can get drunk. I hate to sound like a stiff because I really like the idea of having drunk vampires roaming around the Night World. But, it is stated in Secret Vampire that human food has no effect on vampires. So, vampires can eat as much human food as possible and it still will not satisfy their hunger for blood. I assume drinks would also have no effect on vampires because they are not living creatures.

Why does Quinn refer to Eric Ross as “just barely” being human in Soulmate?

To this day I still have not figured this one out. Maybe Blaise Harman had plans for Eric to be made into a vampire so that her cousin Thea would not be killed for breaking Night World law. Maybe Quinn was in on these plans.
